Andrew Hewitt is a Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He has a diverse background, from working as an EMT/Paramedic to serving in ICU and ER departments. Andrew’s passion for mental health drives his work. Outside of work, he enjoys collecting Funko Pops, cooking, and sharing dad jokes.

Karen Schwartz is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a master’s degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and more. Karen enjoys family time, reading, and crocheting.

Haley McRaven, PMHNP-BC, WCC

Haley is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 19 years of experience in healthcare, including 8 years as a registered nurse. She has spent the past several years specializing in mental health, with a strong focus on comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, accurate diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning.
She is passionate about identifying the underlying factors contributing to anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns, rather than simply treating symptoms. She takes a thoughtful, patient-centered approach that integrates both medication management and therapeutic strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Her clinical interests include youth athletes’ mental fitness, ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and Bipolar II. Haley is dedicated to supporting people throughout their mental health journey, helping them feel heard, understood, and empowered as they work toward lasting stability and improved quality of life.

Nika Rios

Nika Rios, RCSWI

Nika Rios, RCSWI, MSW, EdD is a trauma-informed therapist specializing in addiction, depression, and anxiety. She helps clients understand patterns, regulate emotions, and build practical tools for lasting change. Her approach is compassionate, structured, and focused on real-life application, creating a supportive space for clients to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves.
Nika provides individual, group, family, and couples therapy, supporting clients through a range of challenges including addiction, depression, stress, relationship issues, and chronic relapse. She uses evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Motivational Interviewing to help clients build stability, confidence, and meaningful progress in recovery.
Having lived in multiple countries, Nika brings a culturally sensitive perspective to her work, allowing her to effectively support clients from diverse backgrounds with understanding and respect.

Cameron Jordan is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Student with more than 18 years of healthcare experience in a variety of clinical roles, including CNA, paramedic, ER nurse, and now PMHNP. His diverse background in healthcare has given him the opportunity to care for individuals during some of the most challenging moments of their lives while developing a deep understanding of both physical and mental health needs. He believes that bad days and difficult life experiences are unavoidable parts of life, but resilience and perseverance can be cultivated to help navigate those challenging moments. His goal is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in an environment where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their mental health journey. Outside of work, he enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible. Whether he’s at the beach, boating, spending time with his dogs, or exploring new adventures, he values the balance and renewal that comes from being outside and staying active.

Hailing from England, Charlie’s career has been built on a foundation of exceptional customer service and a “can-do” attitude. No task is too small, and no question is too big. Charlie is always eager to jump in and assist wherever needed to support both our patients and our clinical team.

Katlyn Richardson

Katlyn Richardson, RMHCI

Katlyn is a warm, insight-oriented therapist who is passionate about creating a space where clients feel genuinely safe, seen, and understood. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling as well as a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology, bringing a unique lens to understanding how life experiences, relationships, and environments shape emotional well-being. Her work is grounded in a whole-body healing perspective, recognizing the deep connection between mind and body in the experience of stress, trauma, and chronic illness. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, she tailors therapy to each individual’s needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches while remaining collaborative, honest, and compassionate. She believes therapy should feel like a partnership— where clients can better understand themselves, build confidence, and create meaningful change. Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys spending time with animals and thrifting, interests that reflect her appreciation for connection, curiosity, and finding value in the unexpected.
